Sorry about this post being slightly late but at last here
it is, now for the month of November I didn’t really try many new products. As
I have been wanting to use up the products that I already have, before going
out to buy different products. But here is everything that I have been reaching
for in the past month, and might I say how fast this year is going.
Yes To Carrots Body Butter
I use this body butter for only one part of my body and that
is my feet, this may be a little TMI but my feet especially the heels get so
dry all year round. So what I have been doing is coating my feet in the body
butter then applying socks just so the thick cream can soak into my feet,
leaving them nice and soft for the time being.
Dr. Jart Water Fused BB Cream
Here in Australia it is the start of summer in which case I
hadn’t been wanting to wear a heavy full coverage foundation for the most part,
so though last month I have worn this BB Cream in the lightest shade. It blends
and sits beautifully on the skin giving off the look of no makeup, I do use a
concealer over the top but the light coverage is still plenty on those days
when you want your skin to still breath but look wonderful.
Moroccan Oil
This sounds heavenly and leaves the scent in my hair all day
long, I apply a tiny amount just into the ends of my hair when damp. I find my
hair dries faster with the hair drier and feels hundreds times more soft, this
oil adds shine making the hair look more healthy which is always a good thing
in my book.
Nars Lip Gloss in Turkish Delight
I brought this lip gloss a good while ago but I don’t wear
it all that much, last month I decided to just keep the tube in my bag
considering I ever only wear nudes on my lips I was fine. This gloss is a
beautiful light pink which looks great on its own, but it can also jazz up any
other lip product.
Aveeno Positively Radiant Night Cream
This night cream is the only new product that I had purchased
in November as I needed a night cream to add more moisture to my skin, I had
been using the Aveeno Positively Radiant Day Cream at night. This night cream
does have a scent which fades once applied to the skin, it’s not a thick cream
but does hydrate my skin which is what I was after.
Models Prefer Brow Highlight
This brow highlight was cheap but works amazingly at giving
a natural looking highlight under the brows, it’s easy to blend out and is
creamy to apply. This is a product that will last long but I will be
repurchasing this pencil when I do finish the one I have.
ELF Blush in Tickled Pink
Tickled Pink is a matte peachy pink shade and I do have to
admit that if you have darker skin than this may be a pain to apply, the blush
isn’t the most pigmented but I find on my pale skin it warms up my cheeks and
gives me a healthy glow. Although I do have to apply about 2 layers which is
enough for me and the look I prefer to have on myself.
So those are the few products that I had been loving all
